Have been the fans of this new sound since 2009 and still will listen whatever these guys throw out... RIP Chester Bennington, you will be missed... Never heard a guy like that very talented... A big loss to the American rock music.... πŸ˜”

As with all things, the artist's life experiences change and the these guys have evolved over the last decade plus. This album is just like every other LP album, because each one sounds different from its predecessors. If you are wanting the hard HT and minutes to midnight, throw it on and jam out. If you want something that has multiple songs that can be singles and can be listened to top the bottom, it think this is a great choice. This album is about great sounds, great production and, if you listen, a chance to think while you sing along. This is not the LP album from when you were a kid. But they aren't kids anymore, and neither are you.

I do miss how much emotion he screams into his music but I'm a fan of LP and any song is a good song when the whole band is a part of it but Chester's voice was special and cannot be replaced

Perhaps Chester had decided on his death months ago, and held out long enough until this album was released. The song names and lyrics was his goodbye to us. I'm leaving 5 stars on this album purely out of respect for Chester's long music career and the fact I've been a LP fan for more than a decade. We'll all see you again Chester πŸ™Œ

Listening to this album now after Chester left us is really an eye opener. Many of the songs give insight into what he must've been feeling during the months, maybe even years, prior to July. It's sad to see how many negative reviews are on here; people can't seem to accept the fact that music changes over time. Bands and singers must adapt in order to stay relevant.... so although it may sound a lot different from their original music, it is still exceptionally well versed and paced. This is the Linkin Park of a new age... it's a nice send off for Chester...

I'm really disappointed in the fans that were hating this album because it's "too pop". Every band changes their sound with each album. How else are they supposed to experiment and gain new fans? Sorry that Chester's demons were too poppy for you. :( R.I.P Chester. I'll keep you in my memory.

This album is so beautiful and I have yet to get through it without tearing up. Chester's battle can be heard through the lyrics and it still breaks my heart that he's gone. I loved this album when it was released and I enjoy it even more now in memory of Chester. "Who cares if one more light goes out.....well I do" Rest In Peace man πŸ’”

As long as it's Linkin Park I'm grateful I get to listen to it. Sure this album is on the pop side but for people hating on it, how can they be expected to be creating the same kind of music from 20 years ago like the Hybrid Theory album? Change is a part of life! They obviously are not the same people they were when they wrote those songs. They could be singing about soap for all I care as long as it's Chester and Mike!
