I'm guessing most people don't need another version of The Joshua Tree album. But the live concert featured here, from the JT tour in 1987 is fantastic. I wasn't able to see the band live in 1987 but this is the next best thing. From "Streets" to "40", you will hear a band at the height of its powers.

Multi millionairs (Bono is a billionair now BTW) who can't stop virtue signalling long enough to make some decent music now.. And for those that think Bono is a saint... his (Product) Red charity has found to be corrupt. An investigation by the NYT found that only 1.2% of the millions raised was actually handed to good causes. And according to The New York Times the members of the Irish band U2 have been using Dutch tax shelters to protect their assets. Hypocritical given the band’s whole anti-poverty schtick.

I have seen several concerts from U2. I was lucky enough to be close up during the performances and they are one of if not the best rock banks of the current era. The performance of the double album (CD for you youngins) will be spectacular for those lucky enough to actually see the concert as opposed to sitting in the stadium and watching the big screens. I am quite disappointed that they are doing stadium shows in my city. Nothing like an auditorium to see this great band. Live on...and peace thoughout the world
