Splendid Gregg Allman blues album, being an Allman Brother Band fan, I looked into this amd it was great. It was just perfect for a warm southern Evening. Nothin much else to say bout' it, just simply great.
Such great soothing sound
I love the sound of this album, the voice is original and clean… You can't help but move while you listen to this !
Great Stuff!! A++
Old School Sound with Modern Flair
This collection sounds as if it were recorded 60 years ago. Great sound quality, excellent lyrics and flawlessly played, like most T-Bone produced efforts. I love the sound of that upright bass. "Just another rider" is my favorite but there are definitely no bad songs here.
Hey Gregg, don't wait another decade and a half to create your next one!

Of course gregg's voice is gold. But the mix is also done beautifully and the selection is very good. What do you know, on an album of 10 covers the one original is the best song! Highly recommended. So why 4 stars? I don't think an album with just one original deserves it. Otherwise, one of the best 10 albums of the year and the best in blues.
hands down the best blues album ever released.
Boyfriend loves it.I don't
Makes me fall asleep.
still kewl after all these years

Lovin' the traditional bluesy riffs, Greg's voice smooth as buttah
old time groove
beautiful...minimal production. It sounds like the CD was put together one late night in a dive bar with a tape machine running, unbeknownst to all in attendance.
White,Black soul Brutha!
Blues that's modernized with fullfilling sound.GA's voice is gruff,solid and reminds me of the old school "Black-Man" country ways & days. This white dude still has it..... Lots of soul. Great music to cruise to(on a Harley of course!). Awesomeness... Thanks Gregory for the blues!
