This album didn't age well. This is particularly true in the band's interpretation of the obscure but excellent Dylan tune "Seven Days." The keyboard/organ on this version is unfortunately too pop-y for my taste, so this is not a great version on this tune. Also, I wasn't even that enamored with the singles off of the album, "Look What You've Done" & "Sweet Little Woman," both now sounding even more dated. Needless to say, this is not classic "With A Little Help From My Friends" Cocker, but there are some tunes that he did well on this album. All of the following hold up well and should be in any Cocker fan collection: Marie, Many Rivers To Cross, & Just Like Always. Also, this CD was reissued and digitally remastered in 2002, twenty years after its release on Island, with four bonus tracks including lengthy 12" single versions of the original singles from the album (I still don't care for them that much), but if you can search out Joe's rendition of Marvin Gaye's "Inner City Blues," you'll be well-rewarded.
