One of my all time favs!
Love this song and the lyrics ring so true for those of us that grew up in a small town. Just perfect.
This is song is amazing! If you don't have by God you need it!
It's not about a dirt road, trucks, girls, or alcohol. Actually listen to the lyrics. It's his interpretation of heaven and being in church and told what he can't do if wants to go to heaven.
I think this song is better than young love! I like it. Excited to see some more new songs from him! Nice Job Kip :)
It's not all about a Dirt Road!!
Good greif yall people kill me it's not all about a dirt road. if you would listen to the song you could feel what kip was writing it for. it's about being from a small town and being made to go to church on sunday morning and the preacher talking about hellfire and damnation every service and growing up and getting to go down those dirt roads with your friends and getting the feeling of what going down dirt roads is all about. Atleast kip lived this song other artists who sing about dirt roads probably grew up in a city and has never been down one. I give a 5 star cause the song writing is amazing.
Just the tip of the iceberg
This is just as sneak peak of what's to come... You just wait. Not too sure if the world can handle kips incredible talent!
NOT just another song about a dirt road...
This song is so much more than bro country. It’s not about getting plastered and having a good time. It’s not about hooking up with the prettiest girl with the tannest legs at the party… it’s an earnest examination of what heaven means to the artist. You can almost hear a question in his voice when he is singing. I think it is wonderfully written and beautifully composted and a whole helluva lot more than just another song about a dirt road.
Rehashed Bro-Country Crap

Here is what the songwriter did when writing this song.
Dirt Road (check)
A truck (check)
Tan girl (check)
A body of water (check)
A country song on the radio (check)
Yep, you've written the same song that has been on today's so called country radio stations the past 4 years. Talentless crap. Would not know what country music was if someone played you some George Jones. The most shocking thing that could come out of Nashville would be for someone to actually put out a country album.
