One is a great song, but check out the other songs to, those are pretty underrated.
  • I would love to share this song with her as I propose to her tonight!

Enough said...one of the most beautiful songs ever written and bittersweet memories attached to it.

Great rendition. Heard it early in the week in a Honda commercial and loved it instantly. Had a little trouble tracking it down on ITunes but finally found it. My hub thinks it odd, I think it's terrific and exceptionally good to walk to (I keep several walking playllists).

im sorry to the other songs on this album, but i think "one" should be a single. i agree with the man who said every world leader should listen to and learn from this song. everyone can learn from it. i was watching replays of 9/11, and this song was playing in my head. i cried for hours. thank you U2 for making this amazing song! another idea would be to have this song played on every TV channel in every country, translated so that everyone could hear U2's powerful message.

The song "One" by U2 is that song, where you feel like the group just evolves in your ears. The lyrics, the sound, the mood and the texture creates an atmosphere that you can imagine and hear at the same time. The B-Sides are great too. "Lady With The Spinning Head (UV1) is a cool song with great lyrics, but it's "Satellite of Love", a Lou Reed cover, that stands out as the best song on the EP. The Steel String remix of the Cole Porter song "Night and Day" is great aswell, with hooky beats and good lyrics. Top Tracks: "One", "Satellite of Love".

i CAME UPON THIS SONG BY ACCIDENT BROWSING MJB VIDEO'S. SHE IS AMAZING WITH U2 AND WAS JUST THE RIGHT ENERGY THE SONG NEEDED. HIS VOICE IS BEAUTIFUL AND THE WORDS ARE SO MEANINGFUL ON DIFFERENT LEVELS. i FELT IT COULD BE REFERRED TO AS A WORLD PEACE SONG AS WRITTEN BY ANOTHER LISTENING BUT I ALSO WAS MOVED SPIRITUALLY ALONG THE MINDSET OF OUR HEAVENLY FATHER. oUR OWN PERCEPTION IS OUR OWN REALITY, RIGHT. I LOVE THE BEAUTY OF A SONG AND HOW IT CAN BE ANALIZED SO DIFFERENTLY AT TIMES BY OTHERS GIVING IT THE POWER OF SEDUCING US IN JUST THE RIGHT WAY WE NEED. IT ALSO STRUCK ME VERY PERSONALLY IN RELATION TO MY FEELINGS OVER MY BROKEN ENGAGEMENT AND HOW HE LEFT ME AND THEN TRIED TO COME BACK. ITS TO LATE AS THE SONG SAYS...LOVE IS A TEMPLE, YOU DON'T ASK SOMEONE IN AND THEN MAKE THEM CRAWL. I LOVE BONO'S VOICE. I WILL LOOK UP MORE OF HIS MUSIC, OLD AND NEW. THE ENERGY I FEEL TO THIS SONG HELPS ME TO VENT MY FEELINGS ROCKING OUT RIGHT ALONG WITH BOTH SINGERS. LOVE THIS 'ONE'
